SourceOne Global Partners has hired Dr. Andrew Halpner as its new vice president of science, innovation and technology.
 
Dr. Halpner has a history as a developer of nutritional products, with experience and knowledge in both nutrition and science. Prior to joining SourceOne Dr. Halpner was an innovator at Douglas Laboratories and Atrium Innovations. Dr. Halpner stated, “SourceOne appealed to me because of the innovation and technology platform. The company’s pipeline is robust and is closely in tune with both emerging clinical science as well as the current demand from the marketplace.”
 
SourceOne Founder and CEO Jesse Lopez, said, “It was an honor and privilege to work with Dr. Halpner for close to 20 years as a nutritional supplier to Douglas Laboratories. Our relationship has grown both professionally and personally through the years. It is now with great pleasure that we have Dr. Halpner aboard.”
 
In this role Dr. Halpner will work closely with SourceOne’s team of international technology partners. He will guide them in the use of advanced delivery system technologies to optimize science-backed natural ingredients and formulations for SourceOne’s customers. He will oversee and lead the discovery of new natural bio-actives and help to create innovative solutions for the most pressing human health concerns.
